1.东莞米粉提前泡软。

2.芹菜洗净切末。

3.锅中加入水,放入地都冬菜,煮开。

4.加入适量的花生油,煮开一两分钟后试一下咸淡再加盐调味,合适的就不用再加盐。

5.放入米粉,少许鸡精,煮开后即可关火。

6.将米粉盛入碗中,放入提前卤过的牛肉,舀入少许蒜蓉酥。

7.放上芹菜末,倒上煮米粉的汤即可。
